Compensation: $46,700.00 to $70,300.00 per year plus health care insurance Position Description Duenke Enterprises, LLC, a family owned company in the Lake of the Ozarks, is looking for a Senior Accountant and Finance Manager. The Senior Accountant and Finance Manager is an integral part of our
management
team and reports directly to the Senior Board. The Manager will be responsible for supervision and direction of support personnel, month-end closing, financial statement preparation, budgeting and forecasting. risk management, banking relationships, as well as miscellaneous ad hoc projects. Candidate Requirements Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in
accounting
, and/or 10 years full cycle senior level accounting experience. Strong
computer
skills (i.e., especially proficient in the use of MS Excel and Peachtree or similar accounting software packages). Exhibits the ability to interact in a positive manner with the Senior Board, co-workers, owners, as well as bankers, advisors, and other external parties. Option of working remotely may be considered, although weekly travel to office is essential. Travel distance of no more than approximately 200 miles to the Lake of the Ozark office is required. Company Information Duenke Enterprises LLC is a family owned company that has had a long history in the Lake of the Ozarks beginning with its founder Burton Duenke in the early 60's. Mr. Duenke, a builder in St. Louis, loved the natural beauty and wooded environment of the area, and saw the potential for growth. Beginning with a set of vacation cabins, his resort, Tan-Tar-A, grew to become one of the premiere resorts in the area along with Tan-Tar-A Estates, a development of 374 homes adjacent to the resort.
